Partoitan, or PartyTown as the humans call it, is the major city on the Khromat world of Fasdrrindar. Originally an artists' enclave far away from the confines of  civilization, Partoitan is now more of a Tourist Stop, with the original enclaves safely tucked away in the hillsides bordering the river delta, leaving the lowlands for the regular commerse and recreation to take over.

Partoitan is also home to the main Hegemonic StarArm Base, situated in the former location of the regional fort Kas'kanmira. Once centuries ago Kas'kanmira was located far from the city limits, but time and expansion have all but swallowed this walled base.

This city has areas that provide a multitude of scenarios: it is Laguna Nigel meets Mos Eisley, with Camp Pendleton as a cushy neighbor. Both Military and Civilian characters can be played here, and on-going campaigns intersect Modular Games on a routine basis.
